The on-line registration site for the 7th IEEE International Conference on Control & Automation (ICCA’09) is now open:

All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.

Conference Registration Category and Rates:

Attendees may register under following registration categories. All registration categories include one CD-ROM conference Proceedings, one Book of Abstracts, and access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons, and welcome reception.

The currency is in US Dollar (USD).

All accepted final paper submissions must be accompanied by a paid conference registration from the authors.

One registration at the full rate (Member or Non-Member rate) can cover up to two papers for inclusion in the Conference Program and Proceedings. The submission number of the paper to be covered by a registration should be clearly indicated in the online registration.

If you are a Member of IEEE, you are entitled to the "Member" rate.

If you are a Student, you are entitled to the "Student" rate. You may be requested to provide your student card or an official letter from your enrolled school upon registration during the conference.

All registrations are not refundable. Extra CD-ROM and banquet tickets can be purchased at 50 USD /CD-ROM and 75 USD/per ticket.

Force Majeure: Unexpected cancellation of the event. The conference organizing committee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation ICCA’09 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the conference organizing committee is freed of all responsibility.

 

Over length Fee:

A maximum of two (2) extra pages per paper (i.e. 8 pages total, see paper submission guidelines) is permitted for an extra charge of 100 USD per page. Papers longer than 8 pages are NOT acceptable.

Payment Methods:

The preferred way of payment is by CREDIT CARD. Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted.

Those who are absolutely unable to pay by credit card can use CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS in USD currency. To pay by CHECK or MONEY ORDER, you should first register on-line for the conference via http://controls.papercept.net. Indicate when you register which type of payment you are using. The on-line system will generate an e-mail acknowledgement at the time of payment. PRINT the e-mail acknowledgement and MAIL it along with your CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to "IEEE ICCA 2009" to the Conference Finance Chair, Professor Wang Youyi,
